"The Vintage Motor Cycle Club, with over 17,000 Members, united by a common appreciation of the engineering skills and vision of those who built the pioneer machines, has ensured that such machines are not preserved as lifeless exhibits in a museum, but are brought to life on frequent occasions in order that a new generation can marvel at the handiwork of the pioneers, and an older generation can once again view with nostalgia the machines they rode in days gone by."

A plan to resuscitate the Vintage Club’s Herefordshire Section?

Whilst not everyone’s cup of tea, the 1927 AJS H6 is capable of giving its owners endless enjoyment. This just what we intend to do by trying to bring back to life the Vintage Club’s Herefordshire Section that has long been combined with our friends in Worcestershire.

To see if this can be done, those interested are invited to an exploratory meeting on Thursday, September 3 at 7.30 pm at the Trumpet.

This historic pub is situated on the A438 Hereford to Ledbury road where the A4172 crosses it. We would love to see you there on your bike or in a car. If you are interested in this move but cannot manage the date, please ring Robin James on 01568 760591.
