The event will have an informal get-together on the Friday evening, a main Rally on the Saturday, which will be followed by an evening social gathering and award ceremony, and there will be a social run on the Sunday. Please arrive AFTER 3pm Friday 24 th AND everyone must have left by 12 noon on Monday 27 th Camping is available for the nights of Friday 24 th , Saturday 25 th, & Sunday 26 th . It will cost £15 per night for Motorhomes, Vans & Caravans and £8 per night for a tent. At the informal reception on Friday evening, visitors and local club members can meet in the Rugby Club bar for a drink, a natter and to enjoy the free food provided. The entrants for the Scottish National must arrive, register and have their machines in position by 9am on Saturday. The first machines start the route at 10am. Both short and long routes share the same lunch stop. The informal dinner and award ceremony will be held on Saturday evening in The Rugby Club, 6.30pm for 7.00pm start. You must book and pay for your evening meal at the time of entering the event . Drinks can be purchased from the bar. It would also be helpful if you can let us know if you will attend on the Friday evening although there is no charge for that. For the Sunday run meet at 9.30am, depart 10am and return in the early afternoon. The bar will be open Sunday evening. Further copies of this entry form and associated regulations can be requested via email by contacting Alistair Huddleston, Ali_Hud1966@yahoo.com Any questions can also be sent by email or call 07788475849 Regulations :- The Vintage Motor Cycle Club (Central Scottish Section) will hold a Road Run and Concours Competition for motorcycles, combinations, tricycles and three wheeled cycle-cars manufactured up to 31 st December 2001, the event to be known as the 51 st Scottish National Rally for Classic & Vintage Motorcycles . The rally will be based at J J Coupar Recreation Ground, Coupar Angus Road, Blairgowrie, PH10 6TR, Scotland . The run will take place amid the beautiful scenery of Perthshire and Angus, using rural roads. On Saturday at registration, route data and starting times will be issued. The first vehicle will depart at 10.00am and at one-minute intervals thereafter. There will be a one-hour halt for lunch and vehicles will return to Blairgowrie from approx 2pm onwards. On Sunday morning (26th July) there will be a social run open to all entrants, 9.30 for 10.00am departure. 1 Eligibility Entrants must be fully paid up members of V.M.C.C. Ltd * . Participation in the event on the day will only be permitted on production of a current V.M.C.C. membership card (although V.M.C.C. day membership is available to non-members for £5 and payable with entry form or on the day). * The above are conditions of the event insurance with which we and all entrants must comply. 2 Awards An award ceremony and evening meal will be held on Saturday 25th at 6.30pm for 7.00pm in Blairgowrie Rugby Club’s clubhouse. There is an additional charge for the meal which is payable at time of entry. 3 Entries must reach the Entry Secretary and be made on the attached form (or copy thereof) and be accompanied by the appropriate fee. Refreshments will be available at the start/finish and extra lunches are available at £18.00 per head, (no price reduction for children).
