If you are already a member of the VMCC you can now renew your membership online provided that you have a valid email address that is the same as that registered in the membership database. If your email address has changed or if you are unsure if we have your correct email address, please email and enquire. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please see details below. Alternatively you may wish to pay by Direct Debit, if so please complete the form below and return to VMCC at Allen House using our FREEPOST VMCC facility.

If you were previously a member and your membership has lapsed by more than a month your record may have been archived. please contact to have your record re-activated before attempting to renew.

Renewing Online

To renew your membership online you must first log-on using your Email address and Password. If this is the first time you have logged on you will need to create a new strong password. Follow the link to Set up or Change your Password. You will be asked for your email address, this must be the one already registered with VMCC on the membership database. Please note that the username and password used to log onto the VMCC Members Area of the website or that used to log onto the VMCC Shop will NOT work to access your membership records which requires a more secure login. At this time, they are separate log-ins. In time it may be possible to merge these into a common username and password.

If the email you entered matches the one in the membership database you will receive an email with a link to set a new password. This should arrive in a matter of minutes, if not it is likley that the email we have does not match. In which case please contact . Your password MUST be at least 6 characters long. It must contain both upper and lower case letters, at least 1 number and at least one special character i.e. £ $ % @ ? # & + ! etc. This can be the same as the password you use for the shop provided that it conforms to the requirements above. If you do NOT receive an email within a short time please check your spam folder in case it has been directed there. Alternatively contact and aks your email address to be checked against the database.

Once your password has been set you will be directed to login to the membership database where you can undertake a number of functions, including renewing your membership. You can also add Family Members when you click to renew membership. It is advisable that you use this opportunity to ensure that your address and contact details are all up to date. Use the Change my Details if you want to edit your address etc., please note, however, that you cannot change your email address using this function. For security reasons only VMCC staff can change your email address after which you will need to reset your password as this is linked to the email address. Contact if you need to update your email, you will also then need to reset your password.

Complete your credit card details making sure that the Name on the Card and Billing Address agree with those held by the credit card company. If you are unable to complete the payment please try another card or email including a daytime telephone number and we will endeavour to call you back to take payment. Direct Debit

You may wish to pay by Direct Debit. Not only does this ensure that your membership never lapses and that you continue to recieve uninterrupted access to the Journal and other Benefits, but also helps the club by saving on the Credit Card commission. To apply for Direct Debit download the Mandate ATTACHED HERE, complete and return to Allen House by post or by email to If sending by post you can use FREEPOST VMCC facility. Members paying by Direct Debit also benefit from a £2 reductions off their total renewal cost.
